All I can say is that it is working for my upside down tomatoe plants. But I will try it and see if it will work. I do know it will take some fancy watering methods. My tomato plants get dried out real fast as the water by gravity flows down through the hanging plant holder and on the ground.
i see wat your problem is u need to get a spray bottle and a big plastic bag spray ur tomato leaves and then put the bag over the plant so u can get condenstaion so they will not dry out but other then that u could get a mister and put it on a timer so it can also keep them moist
Wow would love o see how it turned out.. i have one i am growing in cool climate conditions.. Liek a fride.. working fine just had to ease into it..

I don’t see why not. I see this kind of gizmo all over the place Walgreens, Home Depot and online, if it was crap, I think they would have removed it from sale after many complaints!!!
I might even try it also but not with tomatoes, maybe some exotic spicy herbs.
